  • Transaction and payment-related information: when you purchase from a Genki Smart Machine using cashless methods (such as UPI), payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive limited transaction details such as payment status, amount, time, and machine location, but we do not store full payment credentials such as card or UPI PIN on our servers.
  • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, and general usage data when you visit our website.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: our website may use cookies or local storage for essential functionality (for example, theme preferences stored in your browser). We do not use invasive tracking beyond what is needed to operate and improve the site.
  • Communications: content of messages you send us by email, through our website contact form, or via WhatsApp Business where you choose to contact us on that channel.

  • Directly from you when you fill out forms, email us, call us, or message us.
  • Automatically when you browse our website (through server logs and standard web technologies).
  • From payment and technology partners involved in processing vending-machine transactions or operating our machines.

5. WhatsApp Business communications

We may use WhatsApp Business and the WhatsApp Cloud API (provided by Meta Platforms) to communicate with customers, site partners, and other users who contact us on WhatsApp or where we have a lawful basis to reach out regarding our services.

When you communicate with us on WhatsApp, your messages and related metadata may be processed by Meta in accordance with Meta’s own terms and privacy policies. We use WhatsApp to facilitate communication and support; we do not control Meta’s independent processing of data on WhatsApp’s infrastructure. We retain WhatsApp communications only as needed for customer support, operational records, and legal compliance.

6. Website contact form

Our contact form on genkify.in/contact uses a third-party form delivery service (Web3Forms) to transmit your submission to our partnerships email address. Information you submit through the form is handled according to this Privacy Policy and the form provider’s terms where applicable.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: hosting providers (including Vercel), form delivery services, messaging platforms (including WhatsApp / Meta), payment processors, and IT vendors who help us run our website and machines.
  • Business partners: site operators or facility managers where machines are placed, only when necessary for placement, operations, or support.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
