Terms governing use of our website and Genki Smart Machine services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the website www.genkify.in and your use of services offered by Genkify Hub (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including Genki Smart Machines and related healthy snacking and smart vending operations. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Genkify Hub

Genkify Hub is a partnership firm based in Hyderabad, India. We design, place, and operate Genki Smart Machines — health-focused vending units stocked with curated snacks, beverages, and related products, primarily in workplaces, IT parks, metro stations, and other high-footfall locations.

2. Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation in India.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, machines, or data.
  • Interfere with the proper working of the website or associated services.
  • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload the website without our permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or using our services.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

3. Purchases and vending-machine transactions

Products available in Genki Smart Machines are subject to availability at the specific machine location. Product selection, pricing, and stock may change without prior notice.

When you purchase from a machine, you agree to pay the displayed price for the selected item. Transactions are processed through cashless payment methods supported at the machine (such as UPI and other digital payment options). Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers; their terms may also apply to your transaction.

We strive to ensure machines are stocked and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific product or machine at all times.

4. Payments

All prices displayed on machines are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank, wallet, or payment provider.

If a payment fails but a product is dispensed due to a technical error, or if you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with transaction details so we can review the matter.

5. Refunds and transaction issues

Because vending transactions are immediate and product-based, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where a genuine error occurred (for example, payment deducted without product dispensed, or a clear machine malfunction). To request review of a transaction issue, contact us with the date, time, machine location, amount, and payment reference if available.

We do not guarantee refunds in every circumstance. Any refund, if approved, will be processed through reasonable means and within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Partnership and placement services

Business terms for machine placement at campuses, offices, or commercial sites are agreed separately with site operators and partners. Website content is informational and does not by itself create a binding commercial agreement unless confirmed in writing between the parties.

7. Communications

We may communicate with you by email, phone, or WhatsApp Business regarding enquiries, partnerships, service matters, or operational updates. By contacting us through these channels, you consent to receiving responses necessary to address your request or our legitimate business needs.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, branding, and design — is owned by Genkify Hub or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

“Genkify”, “Genkify Hub”, “Genki Smart Machines”, and related marks are our branding. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Third-party services and links

Our website may reference or link to third-party services (such as payment providers, hosting providers, or messaging platforms). We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and machines are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website or machines will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Genkify Hub and its partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or vending services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Genkify Hub harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Changes to services and Terms

We may modify our website, machine offerings, product selection, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law.
